The American Indian College Fund manages a Harvard specific fully-funded scholarship to Harvard Law School

The American Indian Law School Scholarship is a fully-funded three-year scholarship to offset the cost of attending Harvard Law School. In addition to applying for the scholarship, awardees must be accepted into the JD program to be eligible. American Indian Law School Scholarship Website and Application Portal

The American Indian College Fund Native scholars at Harvard Law School have what it takes to succeed. A law degree is the foundation to creating strong future leaders. The American Indian College Fund will award the second American Indian Law School Scholarship in the fall of the 2021-2022 academic year. The scholarship covers all costs of attendance, including tuition for the three-year course of study at Harvard Law School, for one Native student. 

Applicants must apply by January 31, 2021 to be considered. 

  • Scoring, ranking, and selection February 8 – 12, 2021 
  • All applicants must inform us of their Harvard Law School admissions status by January 31, 2021 
  • First recipient announced by February 17, 2021 
  • Eligible applicants must be American Indian or Alaska Natives who are enrolled tribal members or who are lineal descendants of an enrolled parent or grandparent.
