Harvard's Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) Forum

Date:

Tuesday, February 14, 2023 (All day) to Thursday, February 16, 2023 (All day)

Join colleagues and friends from across the University in our collective work of creating a campus environment where everyone can thrive.

There will be both virtual and in-person sessions with opportunities to learn, network, and engage in conversations that reckon with the past, while inviting healing, accountability, and transformation.

The curriculum, developed by the Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (OEDIB) in collaboration with the DIB Leadership Council and other partners, includes keynote speakers, panels, group discussions, and sessions on topics including:

  • Establishing Inclusivity and Belonging in Harvard Classrooms, a pre-conference in-person teaching demo for faculty,
  • Colorism,
  • Health Equity,
  • LGBTQ+ Mental Health and Wellness,
  • Climate Justice and Sustainability,
  • DEI in Advising and Mentorship for First Generation Students,
  • Universal Design,
  • Neurodiversity,
  • Dynamic Work and DEI,
  • Drop-in expo featuring Harvard Culture Lab Innovation Fund grant winners,
  • And more, see the full schedule.

We welcome the participation of all Harvard affiliates across Schools and Units including administrators, alumni, academic and clinical faculty, fellows, researchers, staff, and students.
