HUNAP is offering a recruitment opportunity for prospective applicants to learn more about the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and attend an education conference at Harvard.
In addition to previewing the (HGSE) campus, participants will also take part in the 2020 Alumni of Color conference. The conference is a student-run event that brings education researchers, practitioneers, and students together to share and collaborate. The conference has always had Native/Indigenous representation and this year will include a session from College Horizons staff member, Mikaela Crank, and collaborator, Professor Adrienne Keene (Brown University), and a panel featuring Tim Begaye, Carmen Lopez, Tarajean Yazzie-Mintz.
The event will take place Friday, Februrary 28 thru Saturday, Februrary 29th in Cambridge, MA.
The purpose of the recruitment event is to support individuals who are looking at masters and doctoral programs in education at Harvard. Ideally, interested parties would be applying to graduate school in 1-3 years. Participants will also have opportunities to meet with alumni, admissions, and the HUNAP community. Attending the conference is a great way to see the HGSE community at its best.
HUNAP has funds available for up to six particpants:
- Lodging (2 nights)
- Conference Registration
If you are interested, please fill out the application at the link at the bottom of the page. If you have questions, you can contact Jason Packineau @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
